In android smartphone there is a feature called “Owner Info” which has facility to provide a text for an emergency situation which gets shown on your home screen even when the screen is locked. This helps a lot when you are not in situation to inform your family members that you are in trouble so in that case people who are trying to help you ca at least have a ready information such as your name and phone number to whom they supposed to call to inform about you.
