Hello friends, this is to share the information that WhatsApp has started to roll out their most awaiting feature "Free Voice Calling".
You can download the latest WhatsApp version and can checkout the same.
In this free calling feature , you can call any WhatsApp number who has the latest WhatsApp installed with calling feature activated.
It also has the feature of view call history. Though this feature is rolled out but not officially yet announed in some countries and still in testing phase.
If you are in India,then this feature is available only on the invite basis. Just download the latest apk from ApkMirror and get your voice call feature activated by receiving call from any one who has already has activated this feature. (If feature is not getting activated even after receiving call, wait for some time and try again as WhatsApp server may not responding to new requests)
Once you activated the calling feature then you can help your friends to activate the same in their mobiles.
NOTE: As per initial review, while using this feature more data gets used on the receiver side as compare to the caller side. This is same as more data gets used while downloading than sending. Do share your experience by testing it in terms of "how much MB gets used in while receiving and calling")
